We've streamlined our work order process to ensure your issues are resolved efficiently and with clear communication. Here’s what you can expect when you submit a request through Lasha' Company.

Submit your request

Detail the issue, including when it occurred and when you are available for maintenance to visit your home.

We will contact you

After submission, we will contact you to confirm receipt and let you know when someone is on the way.

Issue resolution

If you are home, you can sign off on the repair. If not, a work ticket will be left confirming the fix. Allow 72 hours for non-emergencies.
